Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead to guide large-scale engagements from discovery through delivery. You will shape architecture, design scalable workflows, and drive value with AI-enabled processes across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM domains.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, conduct workshops, validate technical deliverables, and mentor junior managers to uphold high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and Platform workflows.
• Certification in ServiceNow (CSA/CAD/CIS) preferred.
• PM/Prince II or PMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex ServiceNow engagements and delivery teams with technical oversight.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives, including AI integration.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.
• Review and guide deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement to drive solution quality and customer value.
