Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a senior ServiceNow Engagement Manager to lead large, complex delivery programs across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM. You will provide technical leadership, design scalable workflows, integrate AI into processes, and run workshops to map current and future-state solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in Professional Services with ServiceNow project management, CSA/CAD/CIS certifications, and PMP/Prince II credentials. You will mentor teams and ensure high-value customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform including ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• PMP or Prince II certification required.
• Ability to lead large engagements and delivery teams with strong technical guidance.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to long-term objectives, including AI integration.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state solutions with guidance on AI tools.
• Review and validate technical deliverables, including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to drive quality, innovation and customer value realization.

Responsibilities
