Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead large, complex engagements across professional services with a focus on delivering scalable platform solutions. You will guide technical teams, coordinate workshops, and ensure robust integrations and testing across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM domains.

The role emphasizes design-oriented thinking, certifications, and the ability to drive customer value through innovative workflows and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
• Relevant certifications CSA/CAD/CIS and PMP/Prince2.
• Ability to lead large engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to customer objectives, including AI integration.

• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.

• Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to drive solution quality and customer value realization.
