I'm supporting a leading UK construction and engineering specialist known for delivering complex building and infrastructure projects using modern methods of construction. They have a strong track record across healthcare facilities, public buildings, and technically demanding environments, and are looking for an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to join on a long-term contract (12 months+).

As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for site-based project delivery, leading planning, coordination, and operational performance across the construction phase. You'll be the key point of contact for the client and professional teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Lead and coordinate all on-site project management activities, ensuring adherence to programme, quality, and safety standards.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee and guide the site delivery team, fostering a strong team culture and high performance.
• Support the delivery of quality and compliance procedures, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and strategy meetings, providing detailed updates and recovery plans where necessary.
• Drive use of digital tools for project management and reporting.
