Permanent Opportunity for a Project Delivery Manager

Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Project Delivery Manager to join a reputable business operating nationwide.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading specialist contractor in an office-based coordination role, taking full ownership of projects from contract handover through to completion. You will ensure projects are properly planned, resourced, delivered on time and on budget, while providing clear and consistent client communication. Occasional site visits will be required for meetings, progress checks and project reviews.

In this role, you will manage projects through to completion, build detailed project plans, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, communicate proactively with clients, raise purchase orders, support procurement, and maintain accurate project records and completion documentation.

Salary/Package: £40,000-£50,000 DOE

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or delivery role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident coordinating teams, subcontractors and resources
  • Able to maintain accurate project documentation
