A leading specialist contractor in Norwich is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to oversee projects from contract handover to completion. This role involves ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery through careful planning and resourcing, along with maintaining clear communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project coordination and strong organisational skills, as well as the ability to coordinate teams and sub-contractors effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading specialist contractor in an office-based coordination role, taking full ownership of projects from contract handover through to completion. You will ensure projects are properly planned, resourced, delivered on time and on budget, while providing clear and consistent client communication. Occasional site visits will be required for meetings, progress checks and project reviews.
In this role, you will manage projects through to completion, build detailed project plans, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, communicate proactively with clients, raise purchase orders, support procurement, and maintain accurate project records and completion documentation.
Salary/Package: £40,000-£50,000 DOE
