A healthcare services provider in North Kesteven is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative primary care services. The role involves ensuring alignment with commissioning priorities and developing business cases while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The Project Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of innovative primary care services, ensuring alignment with commissioning priorities, PCN contractual requirements and the K2 business plan. The role includes responsibility for service design, business case development, project delivery and operational support, ensuring performance targets are met and that change is embedded and sustainable.
