A well-established construction consultancy based in Manchester/Leeds and other key UK locations is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, high‑performing group delivering on commercial, residential, higher education, heritage, and logistics projects.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll support multiple projects, liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who has gained a solid Project Management foundation and is looking to ignite their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of multiple, simultaneous construction projects
  • Support a team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
  • Act as client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience, ideally 3-4 years, managing construction projects
  • Strong client‑facing and communication skills
  • A RICS accredited degree
  • A hunger to learn and progress APC
