DanceWest is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join our team on a freelance basis.

This is a strategic delivery role suited to someone with a substantial background in producing and managing community dance, participatory arts and inclusive practice.

You will deliver a range of high-impact projects engaging a wide cross-section of communities from early years to older adults, across diverse cultural, social and health contexts.

This role requires leadership, clarity of communication, care and a deep understanding of co-creation, social impact and sustainable community relationships.

You will be responsible for ensuring DanceWest's projects are community-driven, artistically excellent and professionally delivered.
