A remote project management firm is looking for experienced Project Managers to coordinate and deliver projects across islands and remote regions. Island Innovation is recruiting experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of active projects across islands and remote regions worldwide.
This role suits people based in the Highlands who want to work remotely on meaningful, well run projects with international partners.
You will lead the day to day coordination and delivery of assigned projects.
You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to keep work moving and on track.
You will step into existing projects where required and maintain momentum through a practical, solutions focused approach.
You will support business development activity including proposals, partnerships, and client engagement.
You will work closely with senior leadership and the wider project team with clear documentation and handover in place.
This is a fully remote role.
Work can be carried out from anywhere in the Highlands.
Contracts are available on a short or long term basis depending on project needs.
At least three years’ experience in project management or business development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
The ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders confidently.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Slack, or Zoom.
Experience in sustainability, development, or non profit work is helpful but not essential.
Remote work with flexibility around location.
