A product research and development company is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support the Project Management team. This role involves assisting in the management of departmental projects, using project management tools, and coordinating team activities. The Project Management team provide organisational support and expertise to the Carallon Engineering department and ensure that departmental projects are managed to a consistently high standard. The team consists of project managers at all levels of seniority - the Project Manager role advertised is an entry level role within the team. The Project Manager will therefore work under the guidance of Senior Project Managers who hold overall responsibility for the management and delivery of designated projects.
As a member of the Project Management team, you will typically be assigned a main project and assist with other smaller or new projects from time to time. It is possible to work on software-only projects or projects which involve both Software and Hardware. You will also be expected to assist with general departmental administrative duties. As an expanding team within the Engineering department we work closely together, and this provides opportunity to learn from colleagues as you develop you career and skillset.
The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote) with office days based at our head offices in West London. The role is based on 37.5-hour week based around our core office hours which are 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
