Project Manager
Overview

We’re working with a Life Sciences ScaleUp, they have clinical trials conducted in 15+ countries and ongoing development of frameworks for clinical research through a clinical research portfolio, their work spans laboratory, digital and decentralised clinical trial services. Your determination to deliver quality and accuracy will improve health outcomes that people and communities depend on – now and in the future.

This role will be embedded within a client dedicated team. You will work alongside the client’s own experienced personnel, as well as other colleagues to deliver innovative clinical support to non interventional studies.

Discover Impactful Work

You will provide complete oversight of the supply chain for complex clinical trials. Ensuring project/study activities are in compliance with company and client requirements. Acts as a representative for the department on all assigned projects.

A day in the Life
  • Develops study specific plans for each assigned project.
  • Meets with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks, and update project reports/spreadsheets.
  • Integrate all clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support project logistic strategy and compliance with GxP requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training on new regulations.
  • May participate in aspects of the bidding process.
  • Represents the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, bid defense meetings and initiatives as per the business requirements
  • Pro-actively works on process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintains and uses existing tools while continuously looking for improvement opportunities.
  • Consults the client on the best strategy for management of the clinical trial.
  • Builds a strong internal and external network.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years).

  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organisational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision making skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
