Our client is a main‑contractor specialising in Hospital, School, Commercial, Office and Retail fit‑outs. They are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a project in Eastbourne.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and book all trades.
• Ensure trades are performing to programme and to the highest standard.
• Order and request the ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings.
• Liaise with us and the architect on any design or site issues that need resolving.
• Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers.
• Deliver the project on budget and on time.
