Project Manager Highways (Civils) – Location: Basingstoke, covering Hampshire and the South of England

Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and expand their highways capability. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage infrastructure projects from tender through to completion and financial settlement.
  • Lead the delivery of projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive the development of the company’s highways and project management capabilities.
  • Support bidding and securing of new work and frameworks.
  • Oversee productivity, performance, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Interface with clients and manage project teams.
  • Prepare and manage Health & Safety Plans, Method Statements, and Quality Plans.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
