Join our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a Project Engineer with Electrical Engineering experience on our Operational Team and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

This position can be based from our office in Motherwell or Aberdeen.

As a Project Engineer your role will be
  • To formalise and specify a delivery solution,
  • To brief out the solution to the working party and ensures it is followed and completed

  • Take responsibility for smaller projects or sections of larger projects
  • Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors

  • Develop and deliver the engineered solution and brief to the working party
  • Safely and sustainably deliver activity to programme, cost and quality

Who we're looking for
  • Experience and a track record in delivering electrical engineering projects
  • Experience of supporting large infrastructure projects within our Industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of Project Management methodology.
  • Strong People Management Commercial awareness with knowledge of both budgetary and financial control.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
