Are you a proven Project Director who can elevate project delivery standards and lead high-value workplace fit-out programmes end-to-end?

Our client, a fast-growing specialist in commercial fit-outs, workplace refurbishments, and warehouse / storage solutions (including automated systems), is seeking an exceptional Project Director to take ownership of project delivery, client experience, and operational excellence across the business.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, quality-led environment and can bring refined project governance, commercial discipline, and first-class client leadership.

The Opportunity

As Project Director, you will :

• Lead the successful delivery of all commercial fit-out and workplace projects across the UK
• Personally manage key, high-value or strategically critical projects
• Be the senior client interface – ensuring a seamless, professional experience from handover to completion
• Coach and develop a small project delivery team (with scope to grow)
• Drive continuous improvement across project systems, processes, subcontractor management, cost control and H&S compliance
