Project Administrator/Coordinator

Location: This is a Hybrid role. This role will have an element of working from home or Leidos Facility, with frequent travel to customer sites in the South of

Leidos is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented PMO Administrator/Coordinator to join our team on a complex and significant programme of work.

Responsibilities
  • Uphold and ensure governance standards across the programme.
  • Document decisions and actions from governance meetings and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support programme governance and compliance.
  • Support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in delivering consistent processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a PMO environment within a programme or portfolio setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
  • Proficient in standard office tools and familiar with programme management frameworks.
Pay Range

£34,200.00‑£42,700.00
