Job Purpose

As Project Coordinator (Capital Delivery) you will take responsibility and ownership for the provision of administrative support, data analysis, and reporting requirements. To support with programme / project delivery by working closely with relevant managers, and being a point of contact for wider United Utilities teams.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support and planning expertise to senior leaders in managing and delivering the Strategic Programme projects to time, cost and quality requirements
  • Support with day-to-day administration including, but not limited to, meeting co-ordination, meeting documentation, and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Compilation of meeting and briefing documentation such as agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing packs
  • To manage, manipulate and analyse large quantities of data, and then turn this data into information and reports to be used by the business
  • Collating data and information from numerous sources for spreadsheets and reports
  • Preparing presentations based on the reports
  • Assisting in the production of new reports and ad hoc provision of information for one-off requests
  • To provide project management support for all identified projects within the Strategic Programmes portfolio
  • Assist with developing and managing project documentation, ensuring governance and processes are followed, including generating regular snapshot reports and other inputs to programme boards and other meetings, as required
  • Coordinating with team members frequently for updates regarding the work in progress
