A professional network for female leaders is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee partnership and sponsorship projects. The role requires managing relationships, coordinating events, and supporting the President. Ideal candidates will have project management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This part-time position offers a flexible working pattern and a salary of £30-35K pro rata.
Location: Hybrid or remote, possibly with some London travel and occasional evening event attendance
Organisation: Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership (WACL)
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week Equivalent, Flexible working pattern to be agreed, 12 month fixed term contract beginning January 2026
Salary: 3 days pro rata of a full time salary of £30-35K per annum,
WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership) is a professional network of senior female leaders established in 1923.It’s a not-for-profit organisation with a clear purpose to accelerate gender equality in the media, marketing and advertising industry, with the ambition to achieve 50% female CEOs in the industry
WACL is seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused Project Manager to support the President and oversee the delivery of our partnership and sponsorship projects. The organisation is led almost entirely by volunteers, and so this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the Club and ensuring our partnership and sponsorship activities are executed to the highest standard and that our partners receive exceptional service and value.
1) Support the President (and Exec) in the smooth running of the Club .
2) Support the Partnership Committee Leads in managing our partner relationships
