At Etio, projects only succeed when the detail is right. That’s where this role comes in.
We’re looking for a Project Administrator to support the delivery of one of our flagship programmes, the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM). It’s a role for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things running smoothly, spotting what’s missing before it becomes a problem, and making sure people feel supported along the way.
If you like variety, ownership, and being quietly essential to a team’s success, this might be your thing.
As Project Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support across a range of activities, from recruitment and event coordination to finance processes, data validation, and stakeholder communication. You’ll be trusted to manage competing priorities, handle sensitive information with care, and keep everything accurate, up to date, and on track.
The NCETM is delivered on behalf of the Department for Education and works closely with Maths Hubs across England to improve maths teaching and leadership. That means what you do here actually matters, even on the days when it’s spreadsheets and inboxes.
At Etio, we don’t just implement platforms, we drive meaningful transformation. This is your chance to play a central role in scaling digital learning that has national and global impact.
You’ll help shape our future, grow our capability, and ensure our solutions land with clarity, value, and measurable change.
We know our people are our greatest strength. We offer a flexible, supportive working culture and benefits that help you do your best work while looking after your wellbeing.
Etio is committed to an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you require a reasonable adjustment at any stage of the application or selection process, please let us know so we can support you appropriately.
