Salary: £33,210 – £39,419 FTE (£20,195.27 - £23,971.01 pro rata per annum).

Hours: 22.5 hours per week.

Contract: Fixed Term until 26th June 2026.

Location: Scarborough TEC.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Programme Leader in Psychology to join our Service Industries Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to teach on our psychology curriculum, ensuring high‑quality teaching, learning, and assessment that meets the needs of our learners and aligns with industry standards. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to innovate and enhance delivery, embed employability skills, and maintain compliance with awarding body requirements.

About the Person

The successful candidate will hold:

  • A degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • Level 2/ GCSE Maths and English
  • Teaching Qualification: PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent
