Description

We've partnered with an award‑winning SME Fintech/Financial Services organisation, searching for a seasoned Programme Director for a fully remote Greenfield project. This is a hands‑on leadership daad not advisory, with a strong expectation that you actively shape direction, unblock issues and hold teams and stakeholders to account.

This engagement requires a highly experienced programme leader who can take firm ownership of delivery, governance and senior stakeholder alignment.

What we need from you?

• Proven experience leading large, complex programmes in digital banking, fintech or regulated technology environments
• A strong track record of stabilising delivery‑critical programmes under pressure
• Deep experience running senior governance, steering forums and executive stakeholder management
• Commercially astute, with confidence managing contracts, forecasts and delivery trade‑offs
• Comfortable operating with authority, making decisions and holding teams to account
