Overview

We are looking for a connected and dynamic programmer and development manager to begin a new exciting era at the Caird Hall, Dundee’s premier concert venue. Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area e.g. Marketing, Event Management or relevant experience.
Responsibilities
  • To strategically lead, develop and manage the programming and marketing of the Caird Hall Complex in line with the priority objectives of Leisure and Culture Dundee.
The Individual
  • Proven experience in venue management, live event operations, or a related role in the arts, entertainment, or hospitality sector.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, including Word, Excel, Teams etc.
  • Understanding and experience of working with promoters and producers across the UK.
  • People management experience.
  • Ability to set staff standards and monitor delivery through effective performance management.
  • Proven understanding and experience in live event planning, marketing, delivery and reporting.
  • Understanding social media and marketing platforms and extensive experience of delivering marketing strategies.
  • Experience of budget management and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

£42,416 - £47,272 per year
