Job Title: Head of Programmes

Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire (Hybrid, 50% WFH)

Salary: Target Base £80,000 (negotiable for exceptional fit)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and financial management of large-scale institutional programmes for commercial customers worldwide
• Manage project finances, cost to complete forecasting, and multi million pound budgets
• Oversee the product supply for commercial IoT ground devices
• Provide engineering input to contribute to understanding of technical trades and make appropriate programmatic decisions
• Hands on project management – supporting and advising engineers.
