A national healthcare organization in Manchester is recruiting Case Managers to provide support to postgraduate multi-professional trainees. Successful candidates will have prior coaching experience and be responsible for assessments, action plans, and coordination with educational supervisors. This role is essential for improving the health sector's support for trainees in their professional development.
The Northwest Professional Support and Wellbeing Service (PSW) are recruiting Case Managers. The PSW offers pastoral and professional support to postgraduate multi-professional trainees within the Northwest Deanery. Case managers will work with postgraduate multi-professional trainees referred to the PSW for support. The case manager will work as a coach, therefore previous experience and an ongoing interest in coaching is essential. They will regularly review the multi-professional trainees progress until a mutually agreed end point is reached.
We are keen to appoint senior medical educators who have a range of experience of working with multi-professional trainees and who have held education and leadership roles. Case managers should have a good understanding of working with multi-professional trainees who require extra support through experience as an educator and who may have their own lived experience.
