An exciting, challenging and rewarding long-term career opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Person / Production Operative to join our existing production team at Glasdon UK Limited, Blackpool.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Sub-assembly work of various products using hand tools.
  • Packing and labelling of goods ready for despatch.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Movement of stock for assembly / distribution.
  • Use of tooling & production jigs.
Ideal Candidate Background
  • Practically minded.
  • A confident person with good communication skills.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT literacy.
  • The ability to accurately process sub-assembly documentation.
  • Previous joinery or product assembly experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.
  • Valid RTITB or relevant forklift truck certification (preferred).

Terms And Conditions
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
  • 30-minute lunch break plus 10-minute morning and afternoon breaks.
  • Monthly Pay in arrears by the 28th day of each month.
