The Team Leader role is a shift-based production role providing support for the Systems Performance Managers and Operations Manager. The focus of the role is to lead and coach the shift-based technicians, owning the completion of site standards, procedures and working practices. You will take ownership of your team’s training plan and take accountability for the PDR system. Improving performance will be at the heart of this role – performance in people, standards and output.
