Production Team Leader

I am delighted to be recruiting for a full-time Production Team Leader to join my Client based in Huddersfield HD2.

Working for a very well established, highly respected manufacturing business you will form part of the Supervisory Team managing your Team Members throughout their shift.

This will be working a rotational shift pattern as detailed below - all shifts are Monday to Friday.

• Nights 2200 - 0730
• Mornings 0700 - 1430
• Afternoons 1400 - 2230

Duties

• Responsible for working to the Schedule issued by the Production Controller. This includes interpreting drawings, following customers specifications for finishing/packing.
• Ensure that work expectations are met by leading the Team.
• Ensure that all members of the team handle and transport customer material in the correct manner at all times, to the correct and most efficient loading location.
• Will ensure that all part finished skips or pallets or components are left fully identified for the following shift.
• Maintain work records and ensure that accurate information is recorded for each job.
• Coordinator with the Shift Supervisor at the start of each shift the workload.
• Highlight any processing issues to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
• Handover production figures and any outstanding jobs at the end of the shift.

Salary
