A leading quality management services provider in Greater London seeks a Production Team Leader to oversee a new automotive inspection project. The role involves coaching a team, managing part quality, and ensuring efficient operations. Ideal candidates should have proven leadership in production or warehouse environments and strong communication skills. This permanent position offers competitive pay, training opportunities, and progression. In return, enjoy a supportive atmosphere with lower volumes and potential for ownership.
Ready to take the lead on a brand-new automotive quality project and make it truly your own?
We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join our dedicated quality management team on-site at a major automotive partners warehouse-based operation. The successful candidate will head up a brand-new inspection containment project for one of our premium automotive clients.
As this is a brand-new project, you’ll have the opportunity to establish it from the ground up and truly make it your own. The site itself is an older warehouse currently undergoing improvements to office and staff facilities. While it isn’t as polished as a high‑end OEM production line, it offers a more autonomous working environment, with a small team supporting you during peak periods. The workload is lower volume but offers strong potential for ownership and future progression.
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
This is a permanent position with progression opportunities available.
