Overview

Production Supervisor – Tytherington Quarry. Location: Tytherington. Reporting to: Quarry Manager. Salary: competitive.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Health & Safety Leadership
  Champion a safety-first culture across all quarry operations
• Ensure full compliance with statutory legislation and company SHE policies
• Hold the Section 8 (1)(d) appointment under Quarries Regulations 1999
• Lead daily inspections and contractor safety checks

Customer & Quality Focus

• Deliver high-quality materials that meet customer specifications
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Promote Heidelberg Materials’ reputation for quality and reliability

Operational & Team Management

• Support site purchasing and cost-effective resource management
• Assist in profit estimations, stock returns, and breakdown analysis
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely servicing
• Foster strong communication and teamwork across the site
• Identify training needs and support staff development
• Uphold site standards and community relations
