Production Scheduler/Planner - Lincoln

Location: Lincoln | Contract | 37.5 hrs/week (7.5 hrs/day)

Pay: £22 PAYE/£29 UMB

The Opportunity

We're looking for 2 experienced Production Schedulers/Planners to join a dynamic production team in Lincoln. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure smooth, efficient production flows, coordinating resources, materials, and workflows to maximise operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling production orders, helping the team deliver on schedule and maintain high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production orders to optimise resource use and workflow
• Prepare and maintain all necessary production documentation and data
• Call up materials, auxiliary, and operating resources to ensure on-time production starts
• Micro-control production sequences to ensure efficient throughput
• Record and monitor workflow and production progress in the system
• Coordinate materials and resources to maintain smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in production scheduling, planning, or operations
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to monitor multiple processes and adjust plans to meet production demands
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
