Production Operator (Weekends) – Mars Wrigley

Plymouth
£30,800 (29 hrs incl. shift allowance)
Performance Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Shifts: 24-hour Weekend rota (Sat/Sun: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) + 5 flexible weekday hours

What We’re Looking For
  • Manufacturing experience – at least 1 year in a hands-on production environment (essential)

  • Technical skills – mechanical training or background (desirable)

  • IT proficiency – confident with Microsoft Outlook & Excel

  • Leadership qualities – experience coordinating or coaching small teams (desirable)

  • FMCG background – high-speed production or transferable mechanical process skills (desirable)

  • Team mindset – collaborative, proactive, and driven to succeed
