Production Operator (Weekends) – Mars Wrigley
Plymouth
£30,800 (29 hrs incl. shift allowance)
Performance Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Shifts: 24-hour Weekend rota (Sat/Sun: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) + 5 flexible weekday hours

Manufacturing experience – at least 1 year in a hands-on production environment (essential)
Technical skills – mechanical training or background (desirable)
IT proficiency – confident with Microsoft Outlook & Excel
Leadership qualities – experience coordinating or coaching small teams (desirable)
FMCG background – high-speed production or transferable mechanical process skills (desirable)
Team mindset – collaborative, proactive, and driven to succeed
Lead first-line maintenance and operational decisions for multiple machines
Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns to maintain reliability
Take ownership of production performance across several machines and processes
Coach, coordinate, and support a small team of operators and temporary staff
Ensure line targets are consistently achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
