Qualifications

BMC Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Production Operator (ETO Mechanical) to join a distinguished manufacturing company based in the North East.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble company products in line with customer specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure all project and Engineered to Order production activities are completed accurately
- Interpret 2D drawings and 3D models (both paper and Catia 3D Models) for mechanical assembly requirements
- Participate in project testing processes, including pressure testing and full functional tests
- Identify and resolve issues during the assembly and testing phases, following proper escalation and documentation procedures
- Operate standard tools and machines such as pedestal drills, band saws, grinders, and pipe threading machines
- Use specialist lifting equipment to ensure safe manufacture and assembly of packaged pump houses
- Adhere to safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards, following work instructions and predefined rules

About You
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in production, preferably in a lean manufacturing environment

- Ideally qualified to Level 3 in Mechanical Fitting
