Shift Pattern

3 days on, 4 days off – rotating days and nights.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

• Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production targets
• Carry out effective shift handovers and communicate clearly with team members
• Maintain a safe working environment and take prompt action to prevent accidents
• Keep equipment clean and hygienic, using CIP systems where required
• Work closely with engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards
• Accurately complete all required compliance documentation
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, safety, and efficiency
