Overview

Brilliant opportunity to work as a Skilled Production Operative for our client's company which produces Yorkshire Puddings. Staffline is recruiting Skilled Production Operatives in Doncaster (DN8 5JU).

The rate of pay is £12.36 per hour, increasing to £12.76 per hour once trained. Overtime is available after working 38.45 hours and is paid at £19.14 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts Monday to Friday.

The hours of work are:

• 1:45pm to 9:45pm

Your Time at Work

As a Skilled Production Operative, your duties include:

• Oven Entry - Ensure traceability on the racks going into the ovens, setting the temperature and timers on the ovens
• Oven Exit - Ensure products meet the Quality Assurance Standard of that product versus what the customer wants
• Chill Exit - Ensure products are placed in the chill freezer to cool to the correct temperature, to pack together, removing them and also weighting potential waste

These are crucial roles for us as each role affects product quality; if left in the oven too long they burn or if not chilled quickly enough, mold can occur.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect workers will need to be physically able to move racks, which are on wheels but can weigh up to 150kg when full. Applicants will need to have legible handwriting and be able to follow the required procedures and be reliable. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
