Production Operative

Join one of the world's leading manufacturers at our Northampton site. We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to support our busy low-care factory team.

Key Duties

• Handling wet ingredients in a production environment
• Performing end-of-shift washdowns to maintain hygiene standards
• Working efficiently within an ambient temperature setting
• Supporting production and warehouse operations as required
• Operating a forklift if licensed

Shift Details

• Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday)
• 10pm until 6am
• Breaks: 30‑minute lunch and a team break
• Hours: 40‑hour working week

Additional Information

• Temp to Perm
• Full induction and training provided onsite on your first day
• All PPE will be supplied (you may wear your own safety boots)
• Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) parity from day one
