Production Operative - Driffield Area

Location: Driffield
Salary: £12.30 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 am – 16:15 pm

Our valued client is a 32-year-old family-owned and operated chilled food manufacturer based in Driffield, East Yorkshire. They process and manufacture cheese, cooked meats, and sandwich fillers for retail, delicatessen, and food service sectors. They offer direct-to-store and national delivery services, utilizing their own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling food products into packaging, labeling, and packing
• Continuously checking product quality on the line
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Meeting deadlines with conscientiousness and enthusiasm
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Being proactive with a desire to learn and develop
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Complying with food safety and quality procedures
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
