Overview

An opportunity has arisen at Northampton to join the Production Team as an Operative. We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and driven individual who can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude together with excellent organisation skills. It is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong communicator with ability to support a continuous drive for increased production output and reduced wastage.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the designated machine in line with its technical requirements
  • Ensure health and safety best practices are being followed
  • Continuously focus on quality
  • Control and monitoring of machines
  • Monitoring cleanliness of working area
  • General manual handling
  • Basic computer tasks
  • Able to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines

Qualifications / Experience
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided. It is expected that Production Operators will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi skilled and flexible team.
