Overview

SPAW Engineering is a dedicated supplier of precision parts to European Turbo Charger Manufacturers. This role is a Production Office Administrator (FULL TIME). Permanent position after probation. Dayshift: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm; Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm. Rate of pay £12.67–£14.44 per hour, dependent on skill and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input Daily Production Timesheets onto our database.
  • Record Production outputs OEE for each Production Cell and Operator.
  • Input Weekly production scrap onto our database.
  • Issue weekly scrap recording sheets.
  • Book out and create export packs for all Export customer product.
  • Issue Weekly Health and Safety Audits to the Production teams.
  • Issue Weekly Process Audits to the Production teams.
  • Input Audit results onto our database.
  • Review and order production consumable items.
  • Support production and material planning processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks in support of the Production Team.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • The ability to organise and prioritise effectively to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate verbally, in letters and reports.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Full training will be given in the role; the rate of pay is dependent on experience, with holidays and bonuses.
