We are currently looking for a Production Manager to lead an assembly team, ensuring the safe, efficient and high quality manufacture of products.

You will drive performance across health, safety, environment, quality, delivery and cost while developing staff, refining processes and ensuring full compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory expectations.

What you will be doing :
  • Lead, motivate and develop the assembly team to meet production and quality targets.
  • Maintain compliance with work instructions, quality systems and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee daily output, workflow efficiency and performance reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling and resources while supporting Technical Service when required.
What do you need to apply :
  • Manufacturing experience, ideally including assembly, machining and moulding.
  • Proven team leadership with experience
  • Strong organisational ability with a focus on efficiency and performance.
  • Confident ERP user with production planning and data skills.
