Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production management position in an electrical manufacturing environment and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. They will be responsible for overseeing the day to day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met. The Production Manager will work closely with all internal stakeholders, design, procurement, test and quality to manage workflow and maintain efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinate daily production activities for panel assembly, wiring and testing
• Monitor workflow to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee stock control to ensure all stock is available for the project schedule
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Ensure all record documentation is prepared and completed
• Work in line with ISO9001 standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years\' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Had experience with in a management role within manufacturing (ideally control panels)
• Ability to prioritise, problem solve and deliver results
• Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
