A highly organised people person, you'll thrive on building relationships both internally and externally. This role requires someone who can communicate daily with senior management, proactively questioning options, thinking analytically, and making well-considered recommendations.

This is a very hands-on and varied role that will see you at the centre of our drops and collections. You will be instrumental in coordinating production workflows, liaising across departments, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. You will also be involved with merchandise production, though this will be a smaller element of the role.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing brand within the art world and be pivotal to its success. You will have the opportunity to deploy your excellent organisational skills and production experience in an innovative and ever-evolving business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all elements of artwork production both in the UK and abroad, managing the full production cycle
  • Manage production timelines with exceptional organisation, running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Act as the key liaison between production, photography, logistics, and finance teams
  • Communicate daily with senior management, providing updates and supporting business-critical decision making
  • Proactively question processes and options, bringing analytical thinking to evaluate all avenues
  • Make informed recommendations to senior management on production decisions
  • Coordinate merchandise production as required
  • Play a central role in the planning and execution of art drops
  • Review and optimise production processes throughout the business to improve efficiency
  • Handle negotiations with suppliers adeptly and commercially
  • Work closely with Finance to monitor costs and margins
  • Support budget planning and forecasting for production

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in production coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing business
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
  • Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship building skills across all levels
  • Excellent degree would be advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation ability and commercial awareness
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate options and make sound recommendations
  • Proactive and questioning approach to problem-solving
  • Concise and straightforward written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with international production and suppliers

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development
  • A central, pivotal role at the heart of the business
  • A culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
