Based in Elstree, you will work on the long‑running, multi‑award‑winning drama series EastEnders and gain insight into all aspects of production.
We value potential over formal qualifications, seeking those with transferable strengths and enthusiasm for delivering world‑class content.
Target group: non‑graduates. If you have a degree, consider other BBC careers or apprenticeship schemes.

Applicants under 19 on 8 September 2026 must have achieved Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent, or National 5 (Scotland) Grade C. If not, they must attain Functional Skills Level 2 before completing the apprenticeship.
