The Product Specialist supports the development and day-to-day management of assigned product lines by working closely with cross‑functional teams. This role assists with product development, gathers customer feedback, and helps support products throughout their life cycle. The Product Specialist builds strong product knowledge and supports sales and customer‑facing teams through training materials, meetings, and ongoing product support. The role also serves as the Canadian product resource, helping support brand consistency and acting as a key point of contact across teams.
