Responsibilities

  • Support governance administration of Workplace Savings products.
  • Build knowledge of current propositions and regulations.
  • Assist with Product Risk Reviews.
  • Analyse customer activity for potential harm.
  • Process due diligence documentation.
  • Update customer literature to meet regulations.
  • Record and review risks with Operational Risk team.
  • Conduct customer research and product testing.

As a Product Proposition Governance Apprentice you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products remain market‑leading, compliant and customer‑focused. What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the governance administration of Workplace Savings products
  • Building knowledge of current propositions and regulatory developments
  • Assisting with Product Risk Reviews in line with internal processes
  • Analysing customer activity to identify indicators of potential harm
  • Processing due diligence documentation and maintaining oversight of assets
  • Updating and approving customer and adviser literature to meet regulations
  • Recording and reviewing risks in partnership with the Operational Risk team
  • Conducting customer research and product testing to meet Consumer Duty standards
Qualifications:
  • Holding or working towards a 2 : 1 degree in any discipline
  • Demonstrating curiosity and a desire to learn and innovate
  • Showing awareness of Workplace Savings products and market dynamics
  • Communicating clearly and working collaboratively across teams
  • Paying attention to detail and managing tasks with care
  • Understanding the importance of compliance and customer outcomes
