About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to join a critical security transformation programme focused on Zero Trust architecture. This role will play a key part in shaping, defining, and delivering products that underpin secure access, network segmentation, and modern enterprise security controls.

You will work at the intersection of security, infrastructure, and engineering, translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear product vision, prioritised backlogs, and deliverable outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Zero Trust and Network Segmentation initiatives.
  • Translate Zero Trust security strategy into actionable product features, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with security architects, network engineers, platform teams, and delivery leads to ensure successful implementation.
  • Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of scope, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Support delivery across multiple initiatives, balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on security, scalability, and usability.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise security tooling, including Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX or similar), and modern access models.
  • Track delivery progress, measure outcomes, and clearly communicate status, risks, and value to senior stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in complex, technology-driven environments.
  • Strong, hands‑on understanding of Zero Trust security principles and modern enterprise security architectures.
  • Practical experience delivering Network Segmentation initiatives within large or regulated organisations.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Zscaler platforms (e.g. ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) or equivalent Zero Trust access solutions.
  • Ability to create and maintain high-quality product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across security, infrastructure, networking, and delivery teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, multi‑workstream environments with evolving priorities.
