We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (Mobile App) with deep crypto and blockchain expertise to lead the development and growth of our B2C mobile product.
This is a strategic and hands‑on role — you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle: from MVP launch to scaling and ongoing feature development.

The ideal candidate is data‑driven, tech‑savvy, and passionate about building products that users love. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define product vision, user journey, and measurable success.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle product management of the BitHide Mobile App — from MVP to market launch and beyond.
• Define and execute product roadmap, milestones, and growth strategy aligned with company goals.
• Deeply analyze user behavior, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and market insights to inform decisions.
• Use product analytics tools to identify key metrics, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
• Drive constant product optimization — from UX/UI to retention mechanics and feature performance.
• Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and manage developers through implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate product profitability, adoption, and engagement KPIs.
• Stay up to date with crypto, blockchain, and mobile product trends to identify new opportunities.

🧠 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including 2+ years with B2C crypto or Web3 products.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile apps to a global audience.
• Strong understanding of crypto payment systems, blockchain architecture, and user behavior in the crypto space.
• Deep expertise in product analytics, metrics design, and decision‑making based on data insights.
• Experience defining and managing MVPs, product roadmaps, and feature lifecycles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across tech, marketing, and business functions.
• Technical background (or experience working with developers) is a strong plus.
• Fluent Ukrainian language
