A global insurance provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced individual for a role focused on delegated authority transformation. You will be responsible for applying your expertise to design solutions, prioritize business needs, and act as a Product Owner in an agile environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience within Lloyd’s or the London Market, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role involves engaging various stakeholders and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions while fostering operational efficiency.

This role is pivotal to AXIS Global Market’s underwriting transformation across Lloyd’s and the London Market. Initially focusing on delegated authority business, you will apply deep insurance expertise to topics such as coverholder oversight, bordereaux data, and delegated claims to design and deliver practical solutions aligned with our transformation goals. By translating business needs into actionable outcomes, you will enable technology and data teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, and improve market competitiveness.
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

In this role, you will typically be required to be in the office 3 days per week
