They are building out their Product function and looking for a Product Owner with a finance, accounting or fintech background who can act as the bridge between business teams and technology.

• Own and develop the product roadmap across finance and adjacent business areas.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with Product Managers, engineers and SMEs to ensure solutions are user‑centric and aligned to business goals.
• Drive adoption, change and engagement across stakeholder groups.
• Ensure products deliver measurable value and continuous improvement.
• Support wider innovation activity as the organisation builds out its new Tech‑Innovation capability.
• Strong finance, accounting, fintech or FP&A background (ACA/ACCA desirable but not essential).
• Experience operating between business and tech teams.
• Solid grounding in product thinking, agile delivery and user‑centred design.
• Ability to work across multiple domains and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a growing, evolving digital environment.
