Job description
What you’ll do:
  • Analyse data using SQL
  • Provide data extracts, analysis and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business, helping to determine opportunities and support solutions
  • Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support they can
  • Develop, optimise and action daily operational process controls
  • Monitor internal and third‑party functionality
  • Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes
  • Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues
  • Automate recurring MI and optimise processes using SQL and Python
What we’re looking for:
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic to Intermediate
  • Willingness to learn and drive efficiency
  • Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem‑solving skills
  • Meticulous with attention to detail

  • Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
  • Smart, with the ability to find solutions independently
  • SQL - Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Python is desirable
  • You have worked in a tech environment before or have a strong interest in FinTech (think challenger banks, crypto and app‑based investing)

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
