You will be responsible for implementing marketing and merchandising plans, improving customer experience onsite and support trade marketing planning. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting initiative at Amazon.

To achieve success in this role, you should be passionate about the customer and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You will have strong organisational skills and be comfortable picking up new tools and technologies. You'll be able to identify problem areas and create plans to find resolutions. You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships. The successful candidate will be able to execute with autonomy while also spotting opportunities for automation and improvement.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage and execute merchandising project working with cross functional stakeholders
  • Support execution of marketing launch across multiple online channels
  • Build internal and external trade plans
  • Report on performance and propose improvement
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
